I like this book it has a lot of information in it from some canning water bath and pressure it has some recipes and lots of how to prepare for families over all it is a good book to rely on.
I bought this book so long ago, I don't remember everything in it. What I do remember is that when I read it I was very happy with it and I did not look into getting other books. There is a TON of information in the book. Very good purchase.
This has been a great book to get food storage started, we have found it very helpful to get our thoughts in order.
"Food Storage for the Clueless" is my favorite book on the subject. It is very comprehensive, covering everything from what to store, how to use it, how to grow and preserve foods, etc. I refer to it often. Since I loaned out my copy, I decided to order another copy because I don't like being without it. It is very easy to understand and incorporates humor - a fun-to-read book.
